Fees and Payments
Liberty Common School Administration charges annual student fees to help support school programs, activities, and academic resources. This fee helps offset the cost of special events and activities throughout the school year.
Fees
Kindergarten–Grade 6 (Elementary)
- Annual Student Activity Fee: $50 per student
Total Annual Fees (K–6): $50
Grades 7 & 8 (Junior High)
- Annual Student Activity Fee: $50 per student
- Annual Academic Fee: $30 per student
- The Academic Fee is charged once each school year and covers all course fees, including one physical-education uniform.
Total Annual Fees (Grades 7 & 8): $80
Grades 9–12 (High School)
- Annual Student Activity Fee: $50 per student
- Annual Academic Fee: $50 per student
- The Academic Fee is charged once each school year and covers all course fees, including one physical-education uniform.
Total Annual Fees (Grades 9–12): $100

Additional Information
Students may incur additional charges for lost or damaged items, including (but not limited to):

- Lost or replacement physical education uniforms
The Academic Fee includes one physical-education uniform per school year. If an additional uniform is issued, a replacement fee will be assessed. Students are encouraged to reuse physical-education uniforms from previous years if they still fit and are in good condition.
