Course Registration

Students will begin the registration process during their classes in late January or early February. We will meet with them twice, once to distribute information and then again to collect signed registration forms and enter requests in the computer.

Please consider your first choices and alternates for next year carefully, as we will use the numbers we get during the registration process to make staffing decisions for the next school year.

Payment and Registration Link

Registration and payment for all summer academic programs must be made through the school’s online payment system.  We are unable to accept cash or checks.

To reserve your student’s seat, you must first pre-register with a non-refundable deposit of $80.00.  Two weeks before the class begins through the first day of class, the remaining balance will be due.  The remaining balance is also non-refundable.  Refund Exception:  If a course is not offered due to low enrollment, pre-registration deposits will be refunded.  Decisions on whether a course will be offered or not will be made two-weeks before the class is scheduled to begin.

Payments must be made in two phases.  In order to minimize refunds (which place an extraordinary burden on our financial operations department), we are unable to accept the remaining balance at the time of registration.  In addition, payment will not be accepted after the first day of class.  Students who have not paid in full by the end of the first day of class, will not be able to participate and their seat will be offered to someone on the waitlist.

A reminder will be sent to all pre-registered families two weeks before class begins to ensure all families have the opportunity to finalize their payment or inform the school if their plans have changed and they do not plan to attend.

Summer enrichment classes are in high demand, and space is very limited, so please register early.  If your plans change once you have registered, please inform us as soon as possible in order to open the space for another eager student.  This will ensure that students on the waitlist are able to take advantage of these outstanding summer academic opportunities.

Payment Process*
Phase 1: Pre-register, $80.00 non-refundable deposit. Available beginning in March until all seats are filled.
Phase 2: Final payment, remaining balance, non-refundable. Paid two weeks prior to class through first day of class.
