Four Liberty administrators traveled last week to Hillsdale, Michigan for an annual job fair conducted by Hillsdale College. Participation is by invitation, and rather exclusive. Though we've had several Hillsdale alumni teaching at Liberty Common School over the years, this is Liberty's first year attending the recruitment event.
The leadership at Hillsdale was thrilled to have Liberty administrators on site. In fact, our team received an unexpected invitation to meet with Hillsdale’s president
Dr. Larry Arnn in his home. Nearby is a photo of

LCHS Principal Torgun Lovely taken at that gathering. Hillsdale College is a classically oriented university; and its core curriculum aligns nicely with Liberty’s. It’s among a handful of post-secondary classical institutions with which Liberty Common has formed tighter alliances in response to the anti-intellectual standards imposed on all public schools both in Colorado, and throughout the nation.
