Liberty Common School consists of three academic campuses in Fort Collins, Colorado. Two elementary school campuses serve grades K–6 and one combined junior-high and high-school campus serves grades 7–12.

What is a charter-school lottery?

Liberty Common School utilizes a randomized selection process known as a lottery to select students for enrollment. This approach eliminates biases and ensures each applicant, regardless of their background or academic abilities, has an equal chance of securing a seat.

Throughout the year, families can enter their students in the lottery pool using our online form, and from there, a blind draw is conducted to randomly select students for enrollment. Lottery draws typically begin in December and run through the start of the subsequent school year.
