2.22 - Books and Records

SERIES 2 - THE BOARD AND GOVERNANCE

The school shall keep records as required by law, shall keep minutes of the proceedings of the BOD as required by law, and shall keep at the Headmaster’s office a record of the names and addresses of the members of the BOD. To the extent required or permitted by law, all records of the school shall be public documents and shall be open to public inspection upon reasonable request. However, student records, personnel records and any other record protected under privacy laws are excluded.
