2.17 - Financial Accountability Committee

SERIES 2 - THE BOARD AND GOVERNANCE

The Financial Advisory Committee (FAC) is established as a standing committee to advise the BOD on financial matters and business operations of the school. The FAC shall conduct itself at all times so as to fulfill the requirements of federal and state laws, rules and regulations, the Charter Application, the Charter Contract, school policies, and applicable Poudre School District policies. The Treasurer shall serve as chairman of the school’s Financial Advisory Committee.
