Class of '20: Eva (Hoskins) Faour

Class of '20: Eva (Hoskins) Faour
Kallie Cooper

Eva (Hoskins) Faour, LCHS Class of ’20, is returning to the Liberty community as a long-term substitute-music teacher. Raised in a family of professional musicians, she began playing the violin at age four, and music has been a central part of her life ever since.

A proud graduate of Liberty’s Class of 2020, Faour finds it especially meaningful to return to the school that played such an important role in her development. During her time at LCHS, she performed on both violin and viola in the school orchestra and participated in local youth ensembles beginning in eighth grade. In college, she continued her musical journey by playing viola in her university’s symphony and singing in a choir under a Grammy Award–winning director.

Faour is particularly excited to work with Liberty’s 5th- and 6th-grade orchestras, helping students grow into confident and expressive musicians, and to share the joy of singing and dance with all students. She believes that every child is inherently musical and is committed to fostering a classroom environment where students feel encouraged to explore, create, and make music together. She looks forward to inspiring young musicians throughout the remainder of the school year.
